The Suffolk® Massage Ball is a lightweight and portable tool used to relax and open the fascia, or soft tissue, of the feet. Opening the fascia before class or rehearsal allows the feet to work at maximum efficiency. Massage Balls are excellent for stretching and engaging the medial, lateral, and transverse arches. After class or rehearsal, rolling out the feet with a hard massage ball will increase circulation, prevent numbness, and shorten recovery time.
